My third child had a lot of hand-me-downs so when we needed to buy a new high chair, I wanted it to be nice. I really liked the looks of the Eddie Bauer wood high chairs. They were a lot more expensive than the other ones, but I thought it was something we could keep and use with grandchildren. I don't think it's going to last through my daughter. Everyday we have to tighten the bolts that hold the chair part onto the leg frame. It gets really, really wobbly. I know she moves around a lot it in, but I would think that most kids do. I think they should have made it to be more sturdy knowing who the users were going to be. I think this is a safety hazard if you are not careful about maintaining it everyday. I would not recommend this high chair.
