Andrew Lessman Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails

I take Andrew Lessman's Healthy Hair Skin and Nails vitamins every day and have been for a few years.  I buy the large size (500 or 600 ct) when they are on sale and they last for over a year.  Healthy Hair Skin and Nails vitamins have no aftertaste, do not hurt my stomach and make my nails thick and strong.  The tips are very white like I just had a french manicure.  Since I have been using these vitamins my nails do not break like they use to.  Healthy Hair Skin and Nails also help my hair to grow faster and thicker.  I have very thick hair shiny hair and I know that is due in part to using these vitamins.  Since I have been taking these vitamins my skin has changed drastically.  It use to break out once a month and now I never get breakouts.  If you want strong nails, healthy glowing skin, and thick hair, I recommend these vitamins.
