Couples All Inclusive, Ocho Rios, Jamaica
What an outstanding 10 year anniversary vacation we had at Couples Ocho Rios, Jamaica! The employees are out of this world! The service is like nothing I have ever seen before. We enjoyed delicious food at all of the four restaurants located on the resort. There is plenty to choose from and the food and drinks are plentiful! My favorites were the pumpkin soup, lobster, chocolate croissants, and steak. We enjoyed breakfast in our room several mornings although the breakfast buffet is delicious too. The beach is beautiful and there were always chairs available, but it is small. The pool is okay and needs updated, but was refreshing. We had fun tie-dying, attending a cooking class, kayaking, swimming at the beach and pool, and snorkeling. Tennis, water skiing, racquetball, fitness classes, wind surfing, and scuba diving (fee) are also available. The great thing about Couples is that they offer several excursions that are also included in the price such as horseback riding, a Dunn's River Falls tour, and shopping to Ocho Rios. Our room had a lovely garden view, was comfortable, and had a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the scenery. The bathroom was nice, but nothing extravagant. The ride to and from the Montego Bay airport is quite an adventure and will give you great views of beautiful Jamaica and its people - just hold on tight! We will be returning to Couples Ocho Rios!

Couples Ocho Rios is currently closed for rennovations and will reopen in December 2008. It will be amazingly upgraded with tons of improvements although I thought it was just perfect when I was there! I cannot wait to return and see all they have done.

This is where we honeymooned, we always said we would go back for our 10 year anniversary but may not get to because money is tight now.
