Okay, here are the good things I can say about this card. The web site is well organized, easy to use and offers perks like checking your credit score, and of course you can also make online payments or choose to recieve your statements via email BUT the customer service SUCKS! At least in my experience it does. For instance, I have been trying since June to have my last name changed on my account. I was married in June. I then followed all instructions and sent in all documentation to customer service 3 times and still, 4 months later they have yet to change my name. They responded to my questioning emails for a while but then resorted to telling me to call customer service, which I did. I got the excuse of "we are really behind because alot of our reps have been on vacation." WHAT? 4 months behind? Please! I know things go wrong sometimes and mistakes are made but 4 months for a simple name change request is pushing it just a little, and , in fact, they still have not changed my name. I worked in customer service for 13 years and this is the worst case of customer neglect I have ever seen. My balance will be paid off in a few months and I will cancel my account. There just is no excuse for customer service that bad.
