This card has all the stuff you would expect from a credit card. Thier web site is good, thier payment options are good....online payments or send a check or have automatic withdrawal from your bank. Then same things they all have. Thier rates are good...mine is currently 8 percent. No annual fees. Thier other fees are high though. Thier late fee is $39.00 and if your online payment should be rejected by your bank they add another $29.00 on top of the late fee. They really stick it to ya...much like all the other credit cards out there. But I did have a good experience with customer service recently. When I set up my bank account to make onlihne payments I accidently left off two numbers. So, when they tried to get the money from my bank thier request was denied. Bam. They hit me with the late fee and the bank return fee. I called customer service and admitted that it was, in fact, my fault that the number was wrong and asked if they would consider waiving the late fee since it was the first time I had ever been late with a payment. The woman I talked to refused to do that but she did waive the $29.00 return fee which showed up as a credit on my next statement. This is the only time I have ever had to call customer service but thought that it turned out fairly well. It was my fault afterall so I know they didn't have to waive the $29.00 fee. Guess we all get a break sometime.
