Be safe this Halloween, use them for craft projects, or any time of year if you have a temporary power outage by using GE Flickering Tea Lights. I happened upon these led flickering lights at a craft show years ago. At the time they were very expensive (anywhere from $3.00 to $5.00 each when I asked to buy them), but I found these at Michael's craft store this year for $5.99 for a package of 6. These tea lights, powered by 3 button cell batteries (included) flicker exactly like a candle without the worry of real flames or possibly a deadly fire. These are cool burning and a small child could carry these around in their hands if your lights go out. They turn on and off with a flick of a switch and are great for so many uses in craft projects, center pieces, on your mantel, inside pumpkins at Halloween (no need to worry about candles blowing out from the wind), the list is endless. Anywhere I need a small light, I use one of these and feel safe and never worry about a candle burning somewhere when I leave the house. I'm still waiting for one to burn out but so far my lights are still flickering. I have a pack of batteries on hand if needed. Please be safe, use these instead of real tea light candles, it could save a life.
