Can You Drop It In 30?
Prevention Magazine has been around for years, and with good reason. I recently bought one of their DVDs, "Drop it in 30!" and absolutely love it! The DVD consists of a warm up, a fat-blasting aerobic workout, a metabolism-boosting routine and a cool down. During each workout, Prevention's contributing editor, Chris Freytag, leads a strong workout with a lot of positive motivation. While she does have some very annoying moments, overall she is a good presenter. Her instructions are clear, and if you have any questions about some of her moves, you can click on your remote for a slower example. She also offers a low-impact aerobic workout, you just follow along with one of her assistants.
I started out just doing one workout, the warm up and cool down, but you can run through the whole DVD in about fifty minutes. It does not matter how well you perform aerobics, I was completely out of shape and have lost weight in just three months. Your skills can just be amateur and you will still get a good workout. I like this workout so much that, if my DVD got ruined, I would buy a replacement the same day. Cheers to Prevention!
