Matrix Men Firmfix Gel

I had to be convinced to pay more for hair gel than my usual hair cut cost - but with some convincing, I am glad that I had purchased this add on sale that my stylist so cleverly suggested.

It is the first gel that I have used that doesn't appear to be sticky, and when you apply it to your hair it does not leave a gnarly residue on your fingers, although - we wash our hands, anyway... Right guys?

Seriously though, it made my hair look like rock star hair, and maybe with the help of the techniques that they showed me with my posh new haircut, but this gel moved my hair in ways that It Hadn't moved before. When I styled my hair in the morning, it would stay like that until the end of the day. At the end of the day, it could be easily moved, and easily brushed or washed out. 

Although my hair was firm through the day, it was never at a point where it was crunchy - as you would experience with some lower end gels.

The highlight of it all, it smelled great. I learned that you get what you pay for!
