I just was put in charge of creating bar codes for a product we are making. I have never used bar coding printers before and wasn't even sure how to create one. I found the cub online so we purchased it. All in all once I got it set up it is a pretty good machine for small business. It does get stuck when trying to print a lot of bar codes which is annoying. The biggest problem I had was setting this machine up. The instructions that came with it were useless and after spending about a half hour trying to figure out how to install the ribbon I had to call for help. Fortunately the tech's were very helpful and walked me through. It wasn't very easy at all. Next I tried loading the labels, again it was very confusing and the instructions were of no use. I had to call again. All in all now that it is set up it is pretty easy to use. The software is pretty simple to follow but they need to improve their insturctuion manual.

I used to be inventory control manager at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I used a bar code machine all the time and it was a nightmare. Even though you had problems with this one and it kept getting stuck, ours was 10 times worse. We dreaded inventory time every year because we knew we had to make sure everything in the store had a code on it so it could be counted. This one sounds like a dream.
