Durham Marriott at the Civic Center
My senior prom was held at the Durham Marriott at the Civic Center. My ten year high school reunion was held there also. Since the night of the reunion was going to be a long night my husband and I decided to reserve a room. The room that we had was very roomy and comfortable. There are several different restaurants that are located in the Marriott. The Bull City Steakhouse is one of those restauants. I have not had the chance to eat there but I have heard that it is wonderful. There is also a restaurant that offers breakfast in the mornings. The Marriott also has a bar that offers a limited menu.
The reunion was actually held in two of the banquet rooms. The hotel was in charge of the food, which was all wonderful. Having the reunion at the same place where my prom was held brought back a lot of memories.
