Zett's Fishing Farm
Fishing is a passion of mine that I do not indulge in enough. Zett's Fishing Farm is a stocked fish farm located just outside of Washington, D.C. and a favorite stop for everyone in my family.
Zett's Fishing Farm is great for both locals and travelers. Due to the fact that this destination is a fish farm, you will not need to purchase a fishing license. Great news for those out of state guests.
I first found Zett's Fishing Farm through my father. He loves fishing as much as I do, or maybe vice versa. Zett's Fishing Farm is comprised of 6 stocked lakes. With one small entry fee, you have the ability to fish in any or all of the lakes, as you desire. One days admission, of course, lasts one day. If you decide to return the next day you will have to pay again.
The accomodations are skimp, but Zett's Fishing Farm allows you to bring in coolers with refreshments.
For an out of the way vacation stop, try Zett's Fishing Farm. It is one of the only things I miss about home.

Bahhh...stocked fish farms-that's not fishing! Just joking-Serious fisherman myself. Never tried one of these types of places, though.
