State Farm Auto Insurance
I have my auto insurance with State Farm and plan on keeping my business with them. I feel like my premium is reasonable. There are several options for paying. I can have the premium taken monthly by direct draft, I can pay every six months, or they will take half payment and let me pay the rest later. I prefer to pay every six months. I can pay by credit card if I want.
I've had to use my insurance twice. Once due to an accident and once due to having the car towed. I was pleased by my customer service and the ease of the entire process. For the accident, I took my car to a body shop and the body shop and State Farm worked together, leaving me out of any issues. State Farm paid the shop directly. Recently my car was giving me problems and I had to get it towed to a repair shop. I paid the towing company and then all I had to do was send my agent a copy of my receipt. He sent me a check within a couple of days.
I may be able to get my auto insurance a little cheaper elsewhere, but at least I know with State Farm I get outstanding customer service and quick claim service.
