Great for a family vacation!

We recently went to Walt Disney World and decided to stay off-property at a condo.  We saw an advertisement in our local paper for Sun Country Villas and decided to check out the website.  Their properties are about 4.5 miles from the Disney parks, so the locations are great.  They also offer a variety of options for different sized families. 

We had four adults and one infant traveling in our group.  We ended up with a three bedroom, two bath condo that had a lot of space to feel comfortable in.  You walk in to the living/dining room.  If you go down the hall to the right you would find a kitchen with breakfast bar on the left and a bedroom on each side.  The bathroom and master bedroom are at the end of the hall.  The master bedroom has its own bath and there is also a laundry closet in the hall with a full-size washer and dryer.

This seemed like a great option for us because we wanted to relax and feel at home.  We could put on a movie in the DVD player for our daughter to enjoy.  There was a full kitchen with utensils and dishes so we could prepare our own meals and snacks.  The laundry room had soap and we were able to do a little laundry.  The closets had ample space for storing luggage or unpacking if you would like.

People who really enjoy the hotel experience and having maid service and room service available may not like a resort like this.  You use the bedding and towels provided and have to wash them yourself.  You could order pizza in but there aren't any other meal options right on site.  There is a pool/BBQ/play area, which is a nice place to spend time relaxing while not at amusement parks.

I would recommend a villa like this for any larger groups, people who like to have extra space/amenities for cooking, or people on extended vacations who want to feel "at home."
