NSI Mega EFA-3 EPA & DHA

I always hear in the news that you need to have plenty of fish in your diet. Since I don't eat a lot of fish I decided to start taking an Omega 3 fish oil supplement. I heard that Vitacost had a brand called NSI Mega EFA that was outstanding with very reasonable prices so I decided to give it a try. Mega EFA contains oil from fresh, deep-sea, and cold water fish. I take 2 softgels daily. It leaves no fishy aftertaste and is very easy to swallow. Sometimes I alternate with another NSI fish oil supplement from Vitacost and both are excellent. Since I have been using Mega EFA I feel better, my cholesterol stays at a normal level and I know I am much healthier. I found that Mega EFA has also helped my skin. My skin is not as dry. I hate to go a day without taking Mega EFA.
