Body Glide is a runner's friend, particularly if you are vulnerable to the dreaded 'chub rub!' Body Glide comes in a stick that looks similar to deodorant and is applied to areas of the body that are easily chaffed during running or other physical activities.
I usually put Body Glide on my thighs, under my arms, and on my feet before I run. This product works extremely well, and I have never had a problem chaffing while using it.
Body Glide is wax based, so does not degrade or stain your clothing like petroleum products can over time. It smells waxy, and does not have a nice fragrance. However, once I've put it on it doesn't bother me.
Some Body Glide has UV protection, although I can't figure out why one would need UV protection in areas that are susceptible to chaffing.
Overall, I highly recommend this product for runners and other individuals that have problems with chaffing.

This is something I would love... I have never heard it called "chub rub" though...It was so funny. I need this for when I go running. my thighs aren't skinny enough to not feel the effects...lol
