Recreation / Sports Equipment / Jofa 690 helmet

When I was a young kid, my father always bought me Jofa helmets. I have no idea why, but they were the most hideous looking things on the market. When I saw that Jofa had released a more attractive helmet , I snatched one up as soon as possible. I was sick of my current helmet that had high density foam that had become rock hard because it was saturated with sweat. Jofa uses a thin layer of HDF along with a more denser foam similar to bike helmets. I am a female that plays ice hockey with adult men at least three times each week. I have fallen on my head many times, have been hit into the boards, etc. and have not had any injuries yet. This helmet provides a much comfortable fit for my head.
