I purchased my 1 GB SD Flash Card from Micro Center when they were on sale for $15.99. The normal price for a 1 GB card was about $20 to $31.68 for a San Disk card. So I thought this was a great deal.
A 1 GB Flash Card (depending on the mega pixels of your camera) can hold anywhere from 221 to 1,000 pictures. The amount of MP3 four minute songs would be about 243 songs. It can also hold approximately 140 minutes of MPG4 videos. That is awesome. Before I had 64 meg cards or 100 meg cards and I couldn't hold nearly that amount of pictures or videos.
Micro Center can be accesssed online at www.microcenter.com or check and see if they have a local store like we do in the Cincinnati area. I think they've even dropped the price to $9.99.
