Great value & performance.

This drive has excellent power savings over other drives currently on the market. While not the fastest drive, the performance is more than adequate for any typical PC user other than hardcore gamers and business power users.

Also a great drive to upgrade your TiVo's storage capacity. I used this drive to upgrade my TiVo HD unit. The stock drive is only 160gb which equates to 20 hours of HD recording. This 1tb drive expands the capacity to 157 hours of HD recording! The process is very simple and only takes about 20 minutes from start to finish. This drive runs whisper quiet and is much cooler than other drives available. This is a great drive to use as a primary drive or for backup and storage applications. At well under $0.10/gb, this is a great value right now compared to other drives and doesn't even take into account the money you will save each year on your power bill!
