102 Minutes By Mom2One on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I wasn't sure about this book, 102 Minutes. I have read different books about September 11th. But this book sounded interesting.

I have to tell you I was not disappointed. This book is about the moment the first plane hit the World Trade Center at 8:46am to 102 minutes after when the 2nd one fell to the ground.

It was a powerful book and at times I had to look away when I was reading because it was so heart wrenching, it also is written very well. The hardest part for me to read was the people trapped on Window on the World. The phone calls they made to loved ones and their final words and moments, knowing they were going to die.

This book isn't all about death. It also has some just amazing stories of survival and courage.

I recommend this book for anyone that wants to read about 9/11. I don't know if this would be the type of book you would read again and again. I myself have only read it once and haven't read it again. But I do recommend everyone to give this book at least one read.
