This is a great looking Gazeebo, though it has some minor design flaws. We did not pay the full selling price of 499.99, thank goodness. We got such a great deal, that we were willing to overlook some of it's problems and attempted to remedy them on our own. Again, it looks great..but has some flat areas in the roof that collect rainwater. This wouldn't have been a problem if they would have placed the drain holes in a proper place. We had to add our own grommets to assist with this problem. The whole upper structure is supported with only 3 spot welds per corner. We actually had to add our own brace to each side piece. There is no way this would have held up in any type of wind if not for the modifications we made. There were a couple of deffective pieces and their customer service was very helpful in making sure we got replacement parts.

Collecting rain water on the roof... wouldnt be good here in florida in the summer months.
It would have been helpful to know if this is nylon, canvas, plastic? More information about the product, when there is no picture, is vital!
doesn't sound very good that such a product would be sold with such flaws, but then again the customer service replacing parts makes up for that.
