1.3 Mega Pixel 30 Fps W Face Tracking By Oliver Villegas on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This webcam has 1.3 mega pixels sensor, and has a built in mic.

Pros. It's easy to install and use, just. If you're using Windows XP , then it's just plug and play. You can install the additional bundled software to capture videos and control additional settings. It has an adjustible light, which can actually be very bright if you set it to full. It reminds me of floodlights, but only smaller.

Cons. I'm not so happy with the fact that it doesn't reach its promised 30 fps. I don't know what's with 30 fps webcams, but I can only get as much as 5 fps when recording videos. This may be true not only for this brand of webcam, but also to other more prominent brands. I was actually excited when I first bought this, thinking that I could record myself playing guitar on some songs, but I was disappointed with the slow frame rate. Looking at some help and support from over the internet, people seem to be getting similar problems even with other brands. Web cams are just not made for good video recording.

Even with the CONs 10 dollars is still a deal. I'd have to give it a try.
