13 x 9 pan -The Pan That Can by Better Homes & Garden. I was tired of the same old routine meals so when I saw this book I was surprised by how many recipes they had in it and I was ready to try them!
Another reason I love this cookbook is that I own more 13 x9 pans than any other pan that I have. I use them for casseroles, desserts, cobblers, cookies, cakes, biscuits etc. For me to see to see a cookbook dedicated to my favorite pan was wonderful.
This cookbook is full of recipes that all can be made in this pan. They have a ton of lasagne recipes, scores of casseroles, and desserts. The book is a spiral bound book with about 360 recipes in it. It has more recipes than pictures but thats okay because these are not gourmet dishes. However, I think this cookbook could have used a few more pictures to entice readers.
I think this is an awesome cook book. I believe any busy person or anyone with a family is going to love these fairly easy to make recipes in the cookbook 13 x 9 pan -The Pan That Can.

I seem to use this size pan most often I am going to look into buying this cookbook.
I like cookbooks, and that pan is necessary for all kitchens.
Sounds great! I've got a few weddings coming up this summer.... Perhaps I should give this and a 9x13 pan!
