The 1998 Ford Contour is an ok car. Considering I totalled my previous Saturn this was definatly better than nothing. Dont get me wrong i like this car especially for less than two thousand dollars with no major problems other than having to replace the battery and get new tires (which your going to have to do with any other car eventaully anyways probably), along with some of the interior falling apart this car has done me well these past few months. Gas wise its not too bad, it has a 15 gallon tank and can usually last me a week doing tons of long distance driving. The look and style is nothing special but isnt completely ugly either. One thing i dont like about this car is that it doesnt ecellerate as quick as i would like but does get the job and can keep up the speed without any problems. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for good reliable and cheaper transportation and not having to worry too much about the rising gas costs.
