$2 shampoo from Trader Joe's

I had never thought of buying shampoo in Trader Joe's until one day, when I was shopping there for food, I happened to be out of shampoo and thought I'd give theirs a try to save a trip to another store.

It turned out their shampoo is very nice, and I've been using it ever since.

It comes in a deep blue-purple bottle -- a beautiful color that looks great in the bathroom.It's an herbal shampoo, and there are lots of herbal things in the ingredients list -- golden seal, coltsfoot, nettle, wheat, and more.No, I don't know what that stuff does, and I don't know why there is wheat in the shampoo, but it works fine, so I guess the people who came up with the formula knew what they were doing.

It smells sort of like almonds.

It only cost $2.00 (for a 16 oz bottle), so that's quite a bargain.
