A few weeks ago, I bought this new Kia Spectra. Very nice car! It's my first new car, so I don't know much about them. The Spectra is a nice looking car, very family looking. It's got five star frontal crash ratings as well as four star side crash and roll over ratings. It has front seat mounted air bags, full length side curtain airbags as well as dual front advanced airbags. It has front and rear crumple zones and tire pressure monitoring. So it's a safe car. It's averaged at 24 city, 32 highway miles. I'd say that's fairly accurate. I havn't done the math yet, but so far, I've gone over 175 miles, on less than 1/2 a tank. With gas prices going the way they are, that's pretty resonable. Definitly one of the major reasons I bought the car. It also comes with a lot of warranties. Paint and upholstry are covered for 1 year, y ou can buy additional if you'd like. And 100,000 miles/ 10 year power train warranty. There's also 5 years, 60,000 bumper to bumper and 24 hour road side assistance. The interior is nice as well. It has 6 speakers that play from CD, AM or FM radio, or there's an aux adaptor for an MP3 player. The mirrors are heated, which will be nice in the winter! Locks and windows are automatic, and it has a keyless entry to doors and trunk. I am definatly satisfied with this car! It's a great new car, especially for it being my first new one.
