This is tv was bought to replace the tv we had in our bedroom. It defintely is not one that doesn't take up space because it has a big back end! But for our bedroom and our budget this tv is great. The picture quality on is pretty good it is an LCD screen and is hooked up to our basic satellite service. It has 181 channel tuner.
I basically purchased this tv because I have to have some kinda of noise when I go to sleep and I do watch tv in my room if the husband is watching football on the big screen.
This tv was a good price and I do like the style of it and the fact that it is the silver color it goes well with my decor really well.
It doesn't have very many features but, the one feature it does have that I really like is the fact it has a timer on it. Because being in my bedroom I can time it when I go to sleep and I don't have to worry about it being left on. But it also has the side component plugs.
I would recommend this tv for anyone looking to have a nice tv wthout all the features on it and that is not HD!

I love the sleep timer on my bedroom tv! I can fall asleep with the tv on and it shuts off after I am alseep. How cool is that? I need the noise to fall asleep!
Your tv is deceiving from the front! I assumed that it was a flat screen! I love the timer feature of your tv!
Wow.... It has 181 channel tuner!! I sleep with TV noise in the room all the time cos my husband cannot sleep without TV noise..lol
I like flat screen TV and the remote makes my life easier. I can't imagine standing up everytime we want to check other channels. lol Thanks for the info.
What is it with tvs and monitors? We have the technology to make them thin so why to they have to be so big! LOL
I have a really huge Apex tv in my bedroom right now just for background noise and such. I do like the polaroid brand though, after buying a 32" HDTV from them a while back. If I ever replace the bedroom one, I might look into them and maybe this size one since you seem to be enjoying it .
