300 is movie based on a Graphic Novel that tells the story of 300 Spartans who try and stop the huge Persian army from taking their society over. This movie is very violent and bloody and I would not recommend it to anyone under 18. The video quality is top notch and every scene in the movie is beautiful. It was almost hard to pay attention to the actual story due to the setting! The audio quality is very good, it sounds great on my 5.1 surround sound. The extra features in this set are amazing, I enjoyed all of them. One cool feature that is exclusive to the HD-DVD is there is a commentary track that plays and also has a blue screened version in the corner while the regular movie plays. This is very cool to watch and see what they did to change the look of the movie. Overall I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is a fan of violent action movies.
