4 Italian Mortar and Pestle

I have often seen the Mortor Pestles on cooking shows on television and one day about a month ago I was watching Oprah & her doctor told her that she wasn't getting the total benefits of flax seeds because she wasn't grinding them (the inside is where all of the good stuff is).I also eat flax seeds daily & didn't realize I wasn't getting all of the benefits from doing so without grinding them so I was on the hunt for the mortar pestle & finally found it at Target.I have falling in love with it and wonder how I've gotten by without it for so long.I am able to grind my flax seeds to powder form to add to things such as salads, oatmeal..etc.I also like the fact that it grinds whatever herbs you're grinding with very little effort.I now can't live without my mortar pestle...I highly recommend it.
