I used this product because it was all I had in my apartment and it works pretty well - if you only want to breathe better for about 2 hours and then be more congested than when you started. And since it can only be used every 4 hours, you're out of luck when your congestion returns.I was having so much trouble breathing last night (only 3 hours after using it) I used it again. Now not only am I more stuffy than I have EVER felt in my life, I'm also jittery and sweaty. It seems its very easy to overdo it with this medication.My advice, save your money or spend it on something that actually works like Afrin 12 hour or even a saline nasal rinse. Anything would b better than this.4-way Fast acting nasal spray is probably THE WORST decongestant product on the market.
