Carmindy from TLC's What Not To Wear is by far my favourite makeup artist. Her tips are always useful, she's pretty, and she doesn't ever cake on too much makeup on her clients faces. Instead she chooses to accentuate their natural beauty.

This book is to the point, and easy to understand, and is filled to the brim with excellent tips.
