This is the first microscope set that I have seen which comes with so many pieces to it. Even if your kids are not very interested in science they will be after they finish playing with this set. It comes with a long list of items included, glasses, slides, tweezers and a spatula to name just a few. It cost about $40 which seems to be a good price. If you shop around than you may be able to find it for a cheaper price. If you are going to buy this for your kids you should make sure that you supervise them with it. It really is a great toy that brings parents together along with their children. You can actually turn this into a fun family activity as you show your child the proper way to use the microscope. Even if you want them to explore on their own make sure that you keep an eye on them and read the instructions with them before you begin.
