My husband is a diabetic and has high cholesterol not to mention I have finally got him to take vitamins every day. He used to keep his pills and vitamins in a plastic baggie and then get them mixed up so we went out in search of pill holders. We looked everywhere but I could never find ones that would fit my needs. Either they were for one day or the storage unit was way too small for all of the pills I knew I would stick in there. While at Wal-Mart, I found just what I needed. I found a seven day pill holder and the storage was big enough for my needs.

The pill holders are made by Apex and they come in three colors, blue, purple, and white. I chose blue for me and purple for him. To release the lid, you simply push the side of the day you want and the lid opens up. Simple as that. When you're finished, simply snap the lid shut. Your pills don't fall out and they are safe.
