7 Habits Sense Of Deja Vu By Aiman Amir on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I love reading books and simply enjoy both fiction and non fiction. Last Year my husband gifted me 7 habits of highly effective people written by Stephen R. Covey. It is a self development book which has sold over 15 million copies in 38 languages since its first publication (1989).

I loved to receive the copy of my most desired book. No doubt it is one of the most fantastic books of Stephen R. Covey. This book reminded me of another best seller "How to influence people and win friends" by Dale Carnagie which was my all time favorite till I receive Stephen Covey ‘s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. If you ask me which one is better then I would say 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is a better book in terms of practicality.

You may find it a very dry and hard to finish type book but to understand it one may have to read it in a comfortable environment and slowly to understand and adopt its technique otherwise you may find it dry and boring.

This book is for everyone and can definitely leave a good impact on your mind. It will help and guide you in achieving your goals and dreams through these 7 habits as stated in the book:

* Being proactive

* Starting with end in mind

* Putting first thing first

* Thinking win win

* Seeking first to understand, then to be understood

* Synergizing

* Sharpening the saw

I would recommend we all should take the time and read this book, its a must read for everyone. Though we cannot expect the book to bring miracle in our lives but it can help in achieving goals or may change it up to some extent if not completely.

P.S : Now available the 8th habit

My husband has just finished participating on the seminar of this book. A three-days seminar of how to learn applying the seven habits into real life. He came back home with enthusiasm that I've never seen in my life. It's amazing how this book could change one's personality....

Nice to hear about this amazing book. I am already motivated to read such a nicely written book. Motivating books if nicely written can be a good source of changing ones personalities.
