70 piece first aid kit

Well I decided to buy a first aid kit from wal-mart. I picked up the 70 piece Johnson and Johnson first aid kit. It was pretty funny that I bought this because I am a paramedic. But I needed something smaller for the boat. So when I got home I opened this kit up. It comes with all kinds of small stuff. And has alot of room to fit more. So I took the gloves that they give you out. (They are the kind they use in a cafeteria). So I replaced them with a couple pairs from the hospital. (Just ask and they will give you some) Also I added some bigger shears. The ones they give you arent bad, but they definietly wont cut a pair of pants or a shirt. I added 4x4 gauze also. They come standard with the 2x2. I also added a CPR mask. For some odd reason they forgot the CPR mask. Being a paramedic I added two IV needles and an IV setup kit. On the outside of the lid I taped a bag of Normal Saline IV solution, just in case. Other than the kit not having what I need... It definietly has what the general public would need. It comes with a variety of meds including Tylonol and Motrin. For small trips its a good little kit.
