The 8 minute abs video is kind of old. It starts out with this guy in spandex with his 2 friends. it jumps right into the workout. There are 9 different movements with about 45 seconds to each movement. He talks to you the whole time and tells you how to do each move. you can go at your own pace of course, or you can keep up with him. I think the exercises are pretty easy, but you do feel them. If you do them every day, you don't feel it anymore so you can try to flex different muscle groups as you do them. If you don't do the exercises for a couple weeks and start back up again, you will feel it a lot. I try to do it 5 times a week. I think it works great. It's not like you'll have chisled abs, but it's an easy, good workout to try.
