This phone can be easily considered as one of the most best selling phones in the world. Its a small, slim and very lightweight phone that fits into your pocket easily. Its a basic phone though, lacking all the more advanced features found in newer phones. The screen is in the standard nokia black and while format for old phones. It can support a variety of black and white moving screensavers and operator logos. The best feature of this phone is that a specific tone can be assigned to a specific caller. You cant find that feature in later phones like the 3100. Cool huh? You can compose your own mono ringtone if you dont like the ones pre-composed for you. This phone is very affordable, with the price ranging around $40-$60. And for that price, you will get a phone that is EXTREMELY durable. Mine has been dropped more than you could ever imagine but I never had to send it for repair from the day i bought it. I has a big inbox that can store a lot of messages. Plus, the battery has a standby time of up to 7 days! Probably due to the more advanced battery used in this phone (the BL-5C). If you want just a good basic phone, or a spare phone to be used when your primary phone breaks down, then this is the phone i'd definately recommend.
