A Chorus Line On Broadway By tinkerbelle22 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The revival of the long running musical A Chorus Line is currently playing on Broadway at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in New York City. I saw it recently and thought that it was a great evening at the theatre.

A Chorus Line is the story of a group of people who are auditioning to be in the chorus of a Broadway musical. Throughout the show, we learn all about each person and the highs and lows in their lives. I really enjoyed hearing all of there stories. They were very moving and funny at times.

The music in the show is also excellent, and I'm sure a lot of people are already familiar with some of the songs like I am. The finale was just wonderful, with the hit song "One." I thought that all of the performers in the show were amazing dancers and really did a terrific job.

Ticket prices range from $66-111 at full price. I purchased a student ticket for $35, which are available at the box office only and you have to show a student ID to get them.

I would definitely recommend A Chorus Line to anyone who wants to see just a good old-fashioned Broadway musical with a lot of heart.
