For a long time, I wanted a fresh smelling cologne that effuses the scent of bergamot. I found a similar cologne with Body Shop but it was pretty expensive and way beyond my means. But then I found the Avon Make Me Smile during one month that it was on sale, so I only got it for $4. Its regular price is $6.

I tried it and it truly made me smile. Its scent is clean and fresh, mild, and not cloying like the fruity scents. It is not sweet smelling. Based on their brochure, it is a combination of the scents of mandarin orange, bergamot, and other floral scents. I really like the combination, as my picky nose has welcomed it. Additionally, it seems that my body chemistry is a match to its scent notes.

The downside is because it is affordable, it is not as concentrated like more expensive brands, so I have to re-spray after lunch for a whole day function. But if I wear it on special occasions, it will last for about four hours, as long as I don't get sweaty. Well, for what it is worth, this is a very nice cologne to wear, especially on summer days.
