This dvd and vhs recorder combo is really great to have. It's very easy to hook up to your television set and the picture quality is great. I like it because you can watch either vhs or dvd with no problem. It also. plays cds, it has a remote that has all the features on it that you need even a eject button that works on either side. This system is easy to switch between with one push of a button which is great. This system can keep up with the time, and date. You can also, program it to record a program at a certain time and date you choose. The language can be changed on it and the time zone. It's easy for a child to operate also. I like the dvd and vhs recorder combo, because I still can buy both dvds and vhs and watch them. I like the fact that the vcr and dvd player are combined and not separate from each other.
