I just recently moved my son up to a convertible carseat. I love the seat. Only problem is that occasionally when he falls asleep his head falls forward and look really uncomfortable. I went and bought the postioner. They kinda look like wings. They hook onto the straps. They attach very easily. They work fantastic!! My sons head does not fall forward anymore. They cradle his head perfectly. I think they are well worth the price. I do wish they offered more colors. Off white and baby boys do not go together but at least he is not looking like he is going to get a stiff neck. This makes traveling much nicer and I do not have to drive with one hand in the backseat holding his head in place. I think you will be happy with your purchase if you decide to go with this one!!
