I am not much of a cook, so my mom bought me a cookbook she thought I might use... Simply Delicious Jell-o and Cool whip Cook Book... Hmm... Thanks mom, I am glad you have that much faith in me.
This is a cute cook book that has recipes that involve Jell-o and Cool Whip, as well as tips for making Jell-o... I didn't think anyone, including myself, would need help making Jell-O.
This cookbook is easy to follow, and it does contain some really yummy desserts such as Cafe Lady Fingers, Yogurt crunch parfaits and Under the sea jell-o mold. Everything appears to be easy to make, at least every thing I have made from this cook book has been easy to prepare.
I am overall happy with the Simply Delicious Jell-o and Cool Whip dessert cookbook. It has unique recipes and it will offer you a lot of ideas for using jell-o gelatin, instant pudding and Cool Whip.
This cookbook would be ideal for anyone who loves jello pudding or gelatin, or someone like me, who doesn't really do a lot of baking.

Sounds like a book I should have - made jello a long time ago - was all gross on the bottom - have hated it ever since ;) so I definitely need this - thanks for the info will have to look for it.
