This bassinet was the first item we bought when we found out we were expecting. It had everything we were looking for in a bassinet. It rocked, it was attractive, it had a mobile, and it had wheels to move around the house. My daughter was a preemie, so we got more use out of this bassinet than we expected. We kept it by our bed so I could easily nurse her in the night. It also has a nice storage area underneath where we stored diapers, wipes, and other baby necessities. We had only one problem with this product. The mobile that came with it cracked at the base and fell into the bassinet. Luckily, our baby was small and didn't get hit. I should have contacted Kolcraft about a replacement, but didn't. We did still use the music from the mobile, since our daughter loved it. Even though we put the bassinet away when she was a few months old, we still use that. It has nice classical songs, stories, and nature sounds. I really liked this bassinet and more importantly, my daughter liked it and slept well in it.
