I have been using this product in the computer laboratory and i am happy with the performance, the quality of print, the speed and everything. Well the printer is under the workload of hundreds of pages daily for 3 long years and still there are no issues. Anything we just throw to the printer and it prints entire document very fast and with a descent quality. A few times i have faced some problems related to paper feed (like grabbing a stack of paper at once or not taking the papers) but i came to know that its not the problem in the printer but the dust accumulated on the roller was the culprit. Apart from these minor issues i haven't ever faced any major problem with the product. The 600 DPI quality is amazing even if you are using some page with cheap quality.

So i think you own some small private business, or looking for a printer for your office use this is a good one.
