A First Aid Medicine That Is A Must By Amy Denney on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
This is truly something that I am an expert in. I have to tend to atleast two cuts, scrapes or boo-boos a day. In my purse I carry my keys, wallet, bandages and a tube of Neosporin with pain releaver. It is the one and only medicine that my children ask for.
Neosporin is not only a great antibiotic but it also helps the injury heal faster. When my youngest had to have stitches on his forhead, I put Neosporin on it every day. The wound healed quickly and after five months the scar is no longer visible.
Neosporin comes in plain and also with a pain releaver. I like the kind with the pain releaver because it actually seems to numb the area slightly. The tube is shaped so that it is easy to apply without having to touch the cream or the wound. Put a little on the bandage and put it over the injury. You are done and you don't have to worry about infection.
