A Fish Out Of Water By Helen Palmer By Brian Carden on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

My oldest son received the children book A Fish Out Of Water by Helen Parker. The illustrations are by P.D. Eastman. The book is one of the Beginner Books. My wife and I read this book to our son over and over again, he enjoyed it so much. We both ended up knowing the story by heart. The book is about a little boy who buys a fish at the pet store. The pet store owner tell him only to feed the fish a certain amount each day. The little boy ends up feeding the fish too much. You have to read the book to find out what happens next. The book has 64 pages. Even though there are 64 pages the book does not take long to read. The words are large and easy for a small child to follow as you read. The pictures are nice clear and colorful.
