This game is appropriate for ages 12 and up, it takes very little time to set up, and the entire game takes anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. It has become the game of choice whenever our family gets together.

The game begins by dealing out 7 of the red apple cards to each player, each card contains a noun or a proper name such as Fort Knox, Speeding Tickets or Oxygen. One player is chosen as the judge for that round. The judge chooses a green apple card which contains an adjective such as Funky, Absurd or Graceful and places it face up on the table. At this time each player, except for the judge chooses the card in their hand that is best described by the adjective. and places it face down on the table in a pile.

The judge then shuffles these cards and then reads them out loud one by one. He then has to decide which card he or she thinks fits with the adjective on the green apple card . The person whose card is chosen by the judge gets the green apple card. Play continues with the judge position being passed clockwise until someone has won the pre-determined number of green apple cards or until you get tired of playing and the person with the most green apple cards is the winner.

The results are often hysterical as players choose the card they think best fits the green card. At times a player might not have a red card that fits with the green card and will throw down a card just to get it out of their hand with hillarious results. The judge might also pick a card that appeals to him even though it doesn't necessarily fit with the adjective on the green apple card.

I love playing this game with my family it always brings smiles and giggles. It is also a great game to play when you are entertaining a small group of friends.
