A Good Yarn Review By Stephanie Mas on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This is the second book from the Blossom Street Series. It is called A Good Yarn by Debbie Macomber. This story continues the saga of Lydia Hoffman who owns the knitting shop on Blossom Street. As Lydia continues to date her boyfriend Brad Goetz, his ex-wife reappears and Lydia is suddenly afraid to trust her relationship with Brad.

Lydia decides to host another knitting class with three different women. In this story, you will meet Elise Beaumont who is retired and bitterly divorced and learns that her ex-husband reenters her life. You will also meet Bethanne Hamlin who is facing fallout from her recent divorce. And the third woman you will meet is Courtney Pulanski who is depressed and an overweight teenager whose Grandmother's idea of helping her is to drag her to her senior's swim lessons.

This is another great story. I love how Debbie Macomber weaves her stories not just with the older generation but she also includes a struggling teenager. I found it very easy to relate to some of what these ladies went through and again I had a very difficult time putting the book down!
