A Great Little Non-stick Pan
By MichelleLeanne onI had initially wanted to get only stainless steel pans but after burning eggs and then having a terrible time cleaning the cooked eggs off the pan I decided that I needed at least one little nonstick pan so I can make some eggs for breakfast without headache.I settled on the Emerilware nonstick 8 inch pan because I saw on the label somewhere that it was an All-Clad brand which I knew to be a very good brand of cookware.Also, it was in the price range I was willing to spend for just the right size pan.There was a few nonstick pans by Caphalon that were in the same range but I figure I would save for a nice Caphalon One hard-anodized pan.This pan is easy to clean and heats evenly which is the most important things that I look for in a pan.I am happy with this pan for the time being.
