A Great Mini Van By Jan Mayrhofer on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Our 1992 Plymouth Voyager has been a trustworthy vehicle. We bought it when our kids were small and we needed plenty of room in a car to transport them and their friends. Having seven seats available always gave us a lot of flexibility.

Then the kids grew older! When I downsized to my Chevy Malibu , we gave the Voyager to our daughter. She now has two children of her own and is still driving it. It starts right up every time and the mileage, while not great, isn't really that bad.

I had a 1990 Voyager before we bought the '92 and I really loved that van, but we gave it to my husband's sister who needed a car and couldn't afford it, and then we bought the '92. The 1990 is now in the junkyard, but not because it was a bad car, I believe it was because of neglect - cars do need oil and oil changes from time to time!

Overall, my experience with Plymouth Voyagers has been good, and if you need a minivan, I can honestly recommend it.

Glad your minivan is still going strong, shows how long a good car can last with care.
