A great processor for many uses.
By hubbledf onI am reviewing the AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ Windsor 2.8GHz. I recently purchased this processor at the popular website Newegg.com. This processor easily tops many or the other dual core processors in its price range made by either Intel or AMD. This is because not only it has a very high speed to begin with, it can also be overclocked to help make its performance even better. This processor is great if you are a professional computer gamer, or even if you are a computer programmer, who needs speed in his computer. When used in my system this 2.8 GHz processor is easily overclocked to 3.2GHz(I have not made any attempts to overclock it further because it does everything) and this speed gives me great performance in the heavily demanding game called Crysis. The only thing about this processor is that it runs really hot, so you should probably invest ina better CPU fan than the stock one. if you have a good enough CPU or system fan, this dual core processor is great for you for games or work.

I m a fan and i have many PCs with AMD processors, but I have always wanted a Phenom quad core, hope i can get enough money for it !
i have a dual amd processer in my laptop but its kind of broken because of hard drive failure...
I feel you, I have a hard drive failure in my work desktop!
i am a Huge fan of AMD-ATI because they make great Cpu-Gpu for real cheap with lots of power. I did have one of theses Cpus and man did that thing fly in its day! Overclock this Cpu and you had some extra power under your rig. Keep up the great reviews
